Princes Trust Million Makers National Final Event

To find a venue for the South East Million Makers Final that encompassed both a space for 150 people theatre style and a separate space for pre and post canapes and drinks reception. Million makers is a scheme that is part of the Princes Trust that enables teams from companies across the UK, competing to raise at least £10,000 or more over a period of six months. Every February the regional finals are held and London hosts the South East. From this the winner is then invited to the national final that we also help to organise in March.

Once we shortlisted the venue we negotiated with the Mayfair hotel to have the awards element in their screening room with the drinks reception in their Crystal Suite.   A screening room that seats 201 guests in a luxurious setting that also has a stage that works well for awards presentations.  When hiring this space the great sell behind it especially for this type of event where budgets are restricted is that the AV package included is state of the art and doesn’t need enhancing in any way. The Crystal Room is a perfect reception space and it also has a private exclusive entrance and its own private bar, perfect for this type of event.
