Corporate 25th Anniversary Event

The client wanted a wow factor event to celebrate their 25^th anniversary but at this stage hadn’t decided if they wanted it to be standing or seated and were quite open to venue style. They wanted to look at venue options outside of London close to their head office but also central London to see the full array of venues on offer. They also wanted our help on idea’s for theming and guest experience just to ensure this was a really special celebration for them.

We looked into seated dinner and standing reception options for the clients based on the two locations in the brief. Using our knowledge of stand out and ‘wow’ factor venues after several site visits to locations the chosen venue was The Natural History Museum. This space is such a unique space, and we recommended it because it really does give guests attending such a special evening that they wouldn’t usually experience.

We love working at this venue because we also get to work with some of fabulous preferred suppliers, so we sourced all of the suppliers for the client, we managed all logistics in the lead up to and on the day of the event. The client was looking for entertainment for each section of the event so we sourced roaming acts for the reception, The London Contemporary Voices for performances before and after dinner, and DJ with percussion and saxophone for the after party in the North Hall.

We had a bespoke menu created by Moving Venue who also incorporated the anniversary logo onto the dessert which looked fabulous. Wise production did all of the AV, lighting and sound on the day which looked amazing, we had quite a large AV set up with live feed of speeches and relay screens. Finally pinstripes and Peonies did the beautiful table centre’s based on the clients corporate colours and silver anniversary colours. The event was stunning and a truly great event to create.
